Debbie's Community Involvement...

Debbie Schiraldi has roots in Orange County. Raised in Washingtonville, she has first hand experience in the growth of this area from farms to residential properties. Residential & luxury homes, condos, land, rental, farms, and any real estate you may need assistance with, Debbie has the resources to help you.

Debbie is very active in Horse Community! She is current President of Orange County Horse Council, and the Trail Ride Chairman of the Stewart State Forest Horse Trail Ride every Spring. In past years Debbie has secured donations supported Orange County Horse Council Scholarship, Stewart's of Stewart, and the NYC Carriage Horses & Drivers! The local press came our to support the event and let the educated the public that horses are an instrumental key to our young people and the economy. Save NYC Carriage Horses was presented a check in NYC at their Clip Clop Fund Raiser! Debbie's events have received national attention in equine magazines and publications. Debbie also won a Trainer Education Essay Contest in the Equine Journal in 2005. She has a wealth of equestrian experience, which makes her the perfect choice for those selling or buying their dream 'horse property' Debbie is active in New York State's oldest riding club G & M. She has been written about in the Times Herald Record. Debbie has been chairwoman of the SPARC Trail Ride in Stewart State Forest.

Service to the community has been passed down from one generation to the next in her family, as evidenced by Debbie's 25 years of service in the local Girl Scout Council. Debbie is also active in her church with charitable events.
